In 2007 Radiohead changed the face of the record industry by allowing users name their own price before downloading the new 'In Rainbows' album directly from the Radiohead website.
Radiohead then took this one stage further with an exclusive online video called 'Scotch Mist' that features every song from the 'In Rainbows' album. The 'Scotch Mist' concert was distributed through Current TV and has also been made available with the title 'Scotch Mist' under the Radiohead username on YouTube. (YouTube have relaxed their 10 minute limit for 'Scotch Mist' - the 'Scotch Mist film is 52 minutes and 31 seconds long!)

'Scotch Mist' is another great example of Radiohead using the internet to push boundaries and give something back to their fans. Also as others have imitated the 'In Rainbows' release strategy, using Current TV and YouTube to offer a New Years Eve concert is a great way of ensuring that Radiohead continue to lead the music industry!!!
