Erik Kastner (http://flickr.com/people/kastner) has created a quirky PHP / Javascript application that uses Flickr photos to spell out words - 'Spell With Flickr'. The program taps into Flickr's API and pulls out Flickr images that are tagged in such a way that Spell With Flickr can identify them as letters. 'Spell with Flickr' can be accessed at http://metaatem.net/words and is a great way of creating interesting typography!
