Last year I wrote about how NORAD Santa tracking was using Google Earth, YouTube, Twitter etc to follow Santa as he delivers presents across the world.
Santa delivering presents in FijiFor 2009 Google Earth is integrated directly into the NORAD Santa tracking site making everything even easier. There are also a host of other improvements, particularly for mobile (full Santa tracking details on the Google Blog here.)
Santa has already started his journey (currently in New Zealand) and this is a great way to continue the NORAD Santa tracking tradition by using new technology to make it even better!

My kids love the norad santa thing online. I look forward to their faces every year when they track his progress. I will truly miss the days when they are older and no longer so impressed by the idea of a Santa Claus
