Storsjöodjuret, Sweden's Loch Ness monster, seen again and reported by TV before spreading to the internet

Storsjöodjuret, the Swedish Loch Ness monster has been seen again and thanks to ScotFrog including a blog post / YouTube link in a Twitter update I have been able to watch the Swedish news report of the latest Storsjöojuret sightings:

The story of the Storsjöodjuret sightings provides a nice contrast to the other monster stories of this summer - the discovery of the Montauk Monster and the capture of a Bigfoot.

The Montauk Monster became a global news headline after locals discovered the 'Satan Hell Beast' on a beach in the Hamptons. The photos that they took spread across the internet after being picked up by Gawker and then reported by news organisations across the world.

The Bigfoot discovery was announced through and a press conference and was then reported simultaneously by news organisations across the world.

The latest Storsjöodjuret sightings were reported by mainstream Swedish TV news and then posted to YouTube and picked up by the internet - evidenced by my consumption of the Storsjöodjuret story through Twitter, a blog and YouTube.

So 3 different monsters and 3 different stories breaking in 3 different ways. The Montauk Monster started on the internet and then spread to mainstream news, Bigfoot was everywhere at the same time whilst Storsjöodjuret was picked up by TV before spreading to the internet.
